Something I had been looking for was a solution for a bar pad that would cover the front of the steering and under the handlepole. I stumbled across RSKI products new custom fit bar pads and decided to give it a try. They are 3d printed from a flexible material that seems ideal for this application. It feels like dense foam rubber.
Their bar pads are not one size fits all, they are made to fit your specific handlepole and steering setup. I ordered a pad for my setup- rrp lite steering run ovp, and a kp handlepole.
Install is easy- two large reusable zip ties were included, they easily feed through channels in the pad and go around the bars. I wasn’t expecting mine to arrive so quickly, but checked the mail on the way to the lake and it was there. Installed it at the ramp.
Overall, the quality and fit of this pad is excellent. It does everything I wanted and looks great too! So far I have about 6hrs riding Lake Michigan surf on it, and it’s holding up perfectly. They have some other great products too, for a future review!
