Hi everyone!
I am bring a neighbor of my down to Daytona and he is only 17yrs old. If he bring his 550sx will he be able to ride? We are from NY and he has completed the boaters safety course that is required in NY to operate a PWC. We will also have a Noterized form stating that I am his gaurdian for the weekend.
