Rustoleum paint job

Hello again,

I did some poking around and found a bunch of threads on Rustoleum paint jobs working out really nice. However many of these threads are from ~2008. Are people still using this stuff? I also found lots of threads on expensive multi system paint jobs that i'm not interested in. I don't own or plan to purchase a spray gun and don't want to pay someone $1000 to paint my $2000 blaster.

Has anyone experienced any cracking from hull flex with this stuff? I've seen a lot of good and not a lot of bad. And all the bad seems to reflect directly back to the user. Right now i'm thinking of trying out the roll and tip method followed by a good buff.

I think you should try it out and make a thread on the project so we can see how it turned out and then maybe you’ll encourage others to try it

If you're not going to buy paint guns and want to paint it, then use the Rustoleum. It works fine. I have used enamel on my x2 and it holds up well.
