Anyone in the Sayville, NY area (Long Island)? I need someone to check out an XL 1200 for me. Just get a general idea of the condition, exact hours, compression, condition of the prop, etc.

If you could do it this Saturday, that would be great. I don't want to drive 3 hours to check out it out only to find a dud. It has around 140 hours on it which are higher than what I wanted. Plus the bridge tolls are horrible, especially when towing a trailer (no trailer comes with it).

I'd really appreciate it!!

as much as i love STXRs, their fuel range sucks. plus they don't have any under seat storage.

i agree with the storage thing but i could go through an hour and a half enduro and not need to fill up

i guess you had the later model fuel tank? 03 up? i was only lookin to spend $3,000 or so anyway. i don't want to waste much money on a couch!
