SBT delrin wearring insert loose fit???

I just received a SBT delrin liner for my WSM housing. 144mm prop.

First problem. Allmost impossible to fit over the prop..
Second issue. The delrin liner were WAY too small for the housing. Can fall straight through the housing! Whats up with that??

And no.. The housing is for 144mm props :)

Any solutions or experiences is welcome!

Cheers :)

I had the same problem. They are not interchangeable as advertised IMO. SBT for SBT housing. Not for WSM. Tried an SBT liner in a WSM ring and it slid all over the place. Wouldn't lock in.

As for it not fitting on the prop, it will size itself as soon as you tap the greeen button.

I've had to silicone my liners in before and I let the prop cut a groove in the liner once its all booted up. All of mine wouldn't fall completely through the wear ring housing though. That's kinda strange. I get mine from Jetmaniac.

I bought one off a member on here and have the same issue but mine was advertised as new SBT. I was thinking bout using a set screw or two. I'd be scared silicone wouldn't be enough as loose as it is

I don't think the SBT liners are advertised to fit WSM, in fact I'm almost positive they advise against it. (I worked there previously)
Too much room for error there.

I was advised otherwise - but I can only support that the SBT liner does not fit the WSM housing without major room for issues !!
