Scribner Plastics fuel jugs utility jugs for $22 each and $5.95 flat-rate FedEx ground. The site doesn't list them as Scribner but they're the real deal. Mine just arrived today.

The cheap shipping is where the deal really happens. It looks like it stays at $5.95 as long as your cart doesn't exceed about $160. I ordered three jugs and a spare cap for less than $80 shipped.

Filler hose: http://www.soloperformance.com/18-inch-Filler-Hose-for-Utility-Jug_p_2222.html

My last set of Scribner jugs are over 20 years old. I've never replaced a gasket or vent cap. They last and don't leak. Hopefully my new ones go as long.

Not sure. I have a trailer rack that fits them perfectly but it's not made by Fly.

Here are the dimensions so you can measure your rack:

Do these come with the filler hose or do I need to add that to my cart separate?
Jugs include caps with plugged tops (like shown in the drawing). You'll need to buy a hose assembly if you don't have one already. I always buy a spare cap to install the hose so I can cap each jug flush during transport.

The cap uses a 3/4 NPT thread. If you can find a 3/4-NPT to 3/4" barbed fitting plus around 18" of 3/4" fuel-resistant hose or tubing then you can make your own filler tube. Each needs to be a plastic that works with gasoline and possibly 10% ethanol if you're in an area without any non-ethanol fuel choices.
