seadoo carb rebuilders in cleveland

hey does any of you clevenders know how to rebuilt a set a carbs if i get you a rebuilt kit(willing to pay for your time and labor). my buddy has this ski that somebody flipped over got water in the carbs burned the starter and refuses to pys for damages. i took it to powersports of cleveland but they want more money to fix it than the ski is worth. so let me know if yall can help.
