Super Jet Sealed Pump bearings

I have done a quick search with no luck but has anyone tried 6205 sealed bearings in the yamaha pump? Same as oem just sealed. Any feedback would he appreciated!

i used a set in my pump last season, still feels minty but i haven't taken it apart to inspect yet

Right on. I think it's a good idea. Let me know what you see if you pull the pump apart.

matt when i rebuilt my mag i didnt have the pump bearings so i used the sealed bearing from a mid shaft kit, its been in there for a season and a half

Sealed bearings work well in the pump and mid shaft especially if ur going to oil fill the housings instead of grease.

Yeah did both on my blaster, stainless C3's, i did pop some bearing seals out to allow oil movement. I used synthetic moto gearbox oil. Been in for around 18hrs so far no props. Haven't pulled anything down yet, will be doing a strip and inspect in winter to check how it's all doing. I saw one of ur flywheels the other day over here in oz, very nice work mate.
