I'm not familiar with DASA motors..... But normally 1 full turn out (360 degrees) on highs and lows is a good starting point. If it hesitates off idle go richer, blogs/loads up go leaner in the lows. Make sure your idle is set where you want it. That will make a big difference. Also you can call DASA and they should be able to give you specs.
