Anyone else running one?
I have one about 5 years old and cannot get cylinders to seal.
Do these heads warp or flex as they get old?

Had one for 8 years no issue but everything fails at some point. Should use ada domes, atleast mine does.

Probably worth getting your head checked for trueness. And possibly the top of your cylinder, too. 'O'ring heads have far less tolerance to mating surface irregularities compared to gasket sealed heads.

I'll bet that your issue is with the top of the cylinder. I had a similar situation earlier this year and the whole cylinder had dropped and were crooked. It took .015 to get them even flat. straight.

Yes, it's common for the liners in this family of Yamaha engines to drop a little and create sealing issues.
