If you marked everything as to where you pulled it so you can put them back in the same spot, you should be able to just re-use everything.

the ones I have done have been easy enough to align, that I have not wanted to trust the previous setup.

I use a flat razor blade as a straight edge to alight the drive and the driven couplers.

its not hard at all, you simply need good light, and 10 minutes of quiet time, and a few shims, the removed shims have always been enough for me to get it lined back up.

Its easy, just add or remove shims until the spacing is equal all the way around.

I did it for the first time last summer. I thought I got it wrong, as it was too easy. Did my ski in 5 mins.

Do it without the rubber dampener.

1)Bolt the mounts to the hull.
2) shim the engine on the mounts
3) tighten the engine to the mounts
4) remove bolts that hold mounts to hull
5) slide engine forward far enough to replace dampener
6) slide shimmed engine/mounts back in place, and re-bolt mounts to hull.

^ above method was taken from another thread, by yamaslut i believe? It worked well for me.
