Well it shouldnt take that long, tracking might stop once it hits the border.. ft erie area?
im sure its on its way

I'm in the middle of the same problem (if you can call it a problem) myself. I shipped an incorrect item through Canada Post back to Atlantic Jet Sports on March 26th and it still says the last place it has been is Mississauga, ON. Depending on the type of shipping used, it can take up to 12 business days to get somewhere in the US.

I've shipped many things to the states and depending on the service that sounds about right...typical reg ground is like 7-14 bus days and air is usually a little less like 6-10 days. All depends where in the states it is going...I shipped a rideplate to florida once and for some reason it took about a month to get there, but it got there. Oh and according to canada posts website tracking stops at the border, so thats probablly why you haven't got an update. I wouldn't worry, just give it a few more days.

It probably is at Customs right now. Some things take a while to clear, especially something that is metal. It usually takes a minimum of 10 working days, but can take four weeks for a cross border shipment.

Yeah, I bought a 650sx gas cowling and the tracking said the same thing for days (said it was still in Canada). It arrived in about 7 days I would say. It will get there, the tracking is misleading for sure.

once it leaves canada you have to use usps tracking as canada post is not hooked up to usps and vice versa.

I had shipments take as little as two days from us, recently I got a pole and bracket (big package) and it took 7 days door to door.

since most canadians are replying to thread , i would not use ups or federal express when buying parts from usa, they tend to have very high brokerage fees , use united states postal service ask your seller to use usps it will save you lots of money

the LAST thing I had shipped from canada, the UPS guy woulndt leave it until I paid like $30 something more for a duty, or something that i thought I had already covered.

I wont be doing any canadian transactions again I dont think.

I just got slammed with a $60 fee to pay to UPS on my last shipment. $150 worth of parts plus the initial prepaid $29 shipping fee. Then they show up to the door wanting $60..... unbelievable. Definitely try and avoid courier companies at all cost.

Glad to hear that you got your parts though. I just got notification that my parts were delivered yesterday too. It took exactly 10 business days.

USPS and Canada Post are definitly the way to go. Much cheaper, a bit slower, and they dont damage your stuff half as much as UPS.
