are pwc being singled out for exclusion or is it no gasoline engines. some situations are best if no motorized traffic is allowed.

if pwc are being descriminated against then that sucks.

It's a 172 acre lake that only allows fishing boats under 5mph but they use to allow personal water. They had somecomplains but that was many years ago and I'm trying a comback (Brett Favre).

It use to have a golf course next to it but it shut down many years ago and it's not a pond. They call it Lake Olathe. Don't diss the lake just because you ride on Table Rock. i'm trying to do something good for everyone in my are that have PWC. I thought we all here are on the same team?

if they open it up to PWC - wouldn't they also have to open it up to all boats?

Not really, it's owned by the city. They can restrict anyone they want. They allow boats on it now. Just can't go over 5mph (no wake) but hey don't allow PWC at all!

so if they allow PWC will you have to go under 5MPH too?

or are you petitioning for them to lift that too?

I understand your point and it wouldn't suprise me neither if they just said "OK, you can put your PWC on the lake, just can't go over 5 MPH". Guess I'll live with that. At least then I can do tail stands all day!

It's 5mph horizontal, not vertical. :wink:
