Single 46 mm question

Im planning on running a single 46 on my bp 750 with a milled head and drypipe. Im not sure where to start my jetting at. Anyone running this combo?

Hey I have a similar setup but a 44 sbn
Pilot jet is 115
Main is 160
Pop off is 30
It should give you a good base line.
I have to choke when cold but I have to give it a touch of throttle when hot.

I run a single blackjack 44 on a heavily ported 735 (yamaha), which is probably a tad "bigger" of a carb then a sbn46 due to the internal tweaks. I think the above could get you close, but think the pilot is going to be too small and you could have a hiccup down low. If his jetting doesn't work try 145-150 main, 130 pilot and lower popoff around 15 psi.

I do have a hiccup down low but I went with this because I was too rich after the engine was hot.
I will try your jetting and see if I lose my hot engine problems
Right now it's snappy in the water but out of the water it hesitates then revs up
