Site searching...cant search phrase

Is it just me or are we only able to search on individual words?

If I enter a phrase, I get an OR between each word, rather than it searching on the full phrase.

This worked fine when the little drop down box appeared under the search link, but now it's gone...

Any ideas?

put double quotes around your phrase like "jetskis are cool"

Even when I do that, it still searches with OR between words?

Same problem. The quotes around the phrase don't work.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed? Or are we using the wrong syntax?
