bought a skat track impeller and dosent have the tool with it is there away to get this on and off without it i have the shaft tool but it needs an impeller tool for it or know were i can get one

There is but only if you want to chance ruining the prop and pump. Bite the bullet and get a tool or if anyone is near you, borrow one.
