ski ramps are dangerous

Slipped while putting a cover on my ski. Caught a cross brace about a foot below. Wont be kicking into footholds for a bit.

Thats friggin nasty! Good luck with the healing. I jacked up a big toe nail 3 years ago and it won't grow back right still today.

Screw that! I will make sure that doesnt happen to me. Shoes could have prevented this.

Edit: Hope it heals up quick! i couldn't imagine not being able to ride this time of summer due to an injury...

ripping that nail off is not as painful as it looks and doesnt hurt after it happens. once its gone, its not sore at all. put a piece of tape over it and you wont even know its there. i mean not there............ i did it once, loading a ski with flip flops on.

Not as sore as I expected but staying out of lake until it heals over. Dont need no flesh eating bacteria. We had two here last year and it was not pretty.
