Upper top mold

The molds are in excellent shape. All of the FRP molds are made from tooling gelcoat, with surfacing veil backing followed by several layers of mat to stabilize the mold, then infused with isophthalic resin. The plugs were designed in CAD and 3D printed, high build surfacing primer, then brought to a mirror finish before the molds were laid up. The surface finish on the FRP molds can produce visual parts right out of them.
The tube molds were designed in CAD and then cut from 6061. The mold is designed for bladder assisted infusion. Surface finish on the tube molds is matte and they need to be post clear coated.
I am happy to provide support for whomever buys them, however I would not recommend this unless you have experience with composites and infusion. The bladder assisted closed clamshell infusion for the tubes can be rather tricky.
