SXR Sludge coming form exhaust

After some upgrades over the winter I now have sludge running out of my exhaust on my full limited race sxr ski runs great but it's making a mess where ever I park it. Does anyone have a clue how to cure this?

My limited use to do the samething. Only way I ever stopped it was by selling the boat. Man, I miss that boat, a dry pipe and big carbs are awesome!

carbs not completely closing? Dumping fuel?...check needles.

The motor isn't getting hot enough. Even running a little rich you should burn the oil. Sludge is a sign of 'cold' combustion temps.

Whenever I use pennzoil oil premium plus I get that sludge dripping all over my garage floor. Never happened with other oils.

I'm running klotz r50 at 50:1

Stick a rag in the exhaust when you are done flushing at home. Problem solved.

It didn't do this till I put 48mm full specs on it. Could it be running too rich some where riding the ski it doesn't have a rich bog anywhere

my 1100 sxr did this as well i cleaned the needles , polished the seats , and installed new o rings

OP did you try the low jet test (30 seconds at 1/4 throttle then nail it. Stumbles then takes off - rich). Plug chop at full throttle is good enough to tell if it's running so rich it's spewing unburnt oil. Plug should be tan and satin finish.

Once you pass these tests then try picking up the engine temp.

Did all the test I'm not new to tuning just can't figure out it's doing it
