sn steering question

ok had the build out for the first time today water was 46 degrees have some bugs to work out first off the steering is all stock and if you but the bars straight the nozzle is pointed a little to the left and when ur riding it to keep it straight the bars have to be slightly turn i looked at all adjustments on there and nothing helps any suggestions is this normal and it defiently turns more to the left then to the right help?

you need to adjust the tumblers on the cable ends.

start with disconnecting the steering nozzle tumbler.

make sure the turn plate is hitting the stops (left and right) and isnt stressing the cable in either extreme. you may have to adjust the upper tumbler to keep the cable stress free.

once you have the upper end done, put the nozzle tumbler back onto the cable, center the bars, and then thread the tumbler on until it makes the nozzle sit straight with the bars.

as long as the nozzle hasnt been modified, that should be all.

the tumblers are screwed on all the way could it be that it has the wrong nozzle on it. the nozzle has two holes at the top of it like it came off a sit down that had one of those sprayers on it did the superjet come with that. im baffled i built this thing into a freeride ski and this is the only dam thing that has stumped me

Sounds like the right nozzle to me. Typically the tumblers are never screwed all the way in. It's a really simple concept when you're looking at them but it's tough to explain it. Basically the tumbler on the handlepole side centers where the handlebars are and the nozzle side centers the nozzle. Try loosening both about 3-4 turns and see where it puts you. Then go from there.

the nozzle needs to go about a inch and a half to the left or the bars need to go vise versa but either way if i move the tumblers it dosent even come close to moving the nozzle were i need to be

I'm confused. If the nozzle was turned left, and the cable ends were all the way in, how can the nozzle need to point over an inch farther to rhe left? And why can't it go farther to the left, since turning the ends out will make the nozzle go to the left. If you mean the cable needs to pull the nozzle to the right, then maybe the cable is missing the half moon clip at the thru hull fitting.
