Sn superjet cavitation after full build

Ok so just finished up my rocketed and shortened superjet install a blowsion griddle head 180 in each hole and wetjet pipe and the pump side I used my old wear ring and prop 9-15 solas and installed a solas mag pump and blowsion trim nozzle my problem now is any time I hit of 1/4 throttle hit will just hit limiter and cavitates really bad thought it was in limp mode for a minute that wasn’t it installed new pump seal and sealed everything really good same issue no change never did it before so it’s hard to believe it would be caused by the prop or wear ring

How close to the veins is the prop?
Is there about the thickness of a flash card between prop and wear ring all around?
Is the pump seal fully compressed/sealed up good?
Did you ever remove the midshaft during the rebuild and if so how did the rear seal look? Splines on shaft good? Was the prop hooking really good to begin with before your mods? Is it a verified 9/15? Is the reduction nozzle/steering nozzle the same bore as prior?

Cavitation comes from an air leak or disturbance in front of the impeller. Make sure the pump is sealed to the hull and also make sure the rear grate bolts did not punch through the plastic inlet shoe. There could be an air leak at the driveshaft carrier.

Haha the one question I didn’t ask damn it
Didn’t think about it went on fine figured it would rub or have a issue during install if it was the wrong prop for it
