Other Sneak peek... !!!

So many of you know our new company for the Surf Seals, Surf Straps, custom vinyl stickers and race numbers, but that was just the beginning.

While the actual website has not been launched yet... it will be VERY soon. The heart and soul of our company is now finally up and running!

Liquid Graffix is all about Hydro-printing. Also referred to as Hydro-dipping or Water transfer Printing.

I will have some of these parts on my ski out at World Finals (as well as a handful of hood seals) for all of you to check out.

Soon you can mail me a part, I'll dip it and mail it back! Pretty easy, and perfect for you guys doing some winter builds and refurbs.

I have about 18 films in stock right now, so here's a sneak peek at what we do!

(These parts have just been dipped and have not been cleared yet, so they are not as shiny as they will be as a final product.)

Enjoy!

This is pretty awesome. What is the max size pool you have for dipping? Are hulls something that could be done in the foreseeable future or would it be limited more to hood size and smaller items?

Though you probably can't get EXACT price right now. I am just curious what an APPROXIMATE price would be for a service like this that many of us are rather unfamiliar with.

For example lets say a nose piece.

Fast Elements had some sick poles at the Carolina Beach Freeride this past weekend. They can do large and small parts

Because we're a smaller company, and right now I'm doing the work myself, I hope to keep the costs reasonable enough to make it affordable to everyone. When I looked into having my interior pieces done for my truck, a co. wanted apx. $300 to do them. I know now that I could do the same pieces for someone for about half that.

So a nose piece for ex. would be in the neighborhood of $30-45 I'm guessing. ???

The materials aren't as expensive as you might think, it's the actual labor involved that is so time consuming.

Theoretically speaking, could a one time tank be used for large applications? Say buying a 10' diameter by 30" deep swimming pool for $50?

Do the films come in large enough width to potentially hydro-dip an entire hull?

For now, my tank will only handle smaller parts. Engine parts, handle poles, car interior parts, valve covers, etc...

Once I am able to expand, my next tank will be big enough to do hulls!

Did not mean that as a dump, you said you can't do large parts like poles. People were asking where to get poles done. Where's the harm in that?

He said he can do poles but when he gets a bigger tank then he can do things as big as full hulls

No... the tanks are specifically designed for this type of process. The films I have seen so far are apx 60cm wide at the widest by 10+ meters long. A full hull would require it to be dipped twice to cover both sides. I

I'm sure there might be larger diameter films out there somewhere which would make it totally do able!

YES - my tank is big enough to do handle poles :) (Thank you btmboards)
