Found my leak, day light around a cooling tube

So how would someone fix that cooling tube? Cut it off, put in a new tube, and use some 5200 around it? I'm new to skis, so forgive my ignorance.

The tube is fine, just the sealer around the tube in the pump tunnel is cracked. I’ll just clean it up and reseal but I had to remove ALL the soaked foam.
