Solas Mag Pump

I read somewhere of some special machine of the Solas Mag to give the appropriate clearances. Anyone remember which shop was doing this? Half season on mine and she's already bumpy. Would like to have it done right this time.

Glad to see someone is doing something about the problem. I dont understand why they dont come correct from solas? Surely Solas know about the issue. Two of my buddies have had zero issues out of there Solas mags, so i guess its kinda hit or miss.

I bought my solas pump from watcon and went together super easy. I used the oven/freezer method for installation. I'm using new oem bearing and they spin smoothly

I sent it to a local to get it re built, but if she fails again its off to John. Wish he was closer to me
