Spark Plug Insulator breaking

Im having a problem with the insulator on my spark plugs breaking and the compression coming through them. I havent changed any setting and even tried solid stud spark plugs. Will run fine for about 30 min. Any ideas?

Have heard to much timing and or detonation can cause this. But I could be wrong

What about a slight hydrolock,
any water leaking into cylinder or spitting pissers ?

How's your mounts, could the plug be rubbing the hood liner

Last time this happened to me it was detonation. Check your squish. Don't run that engine until you find your issue. It will let go.

Used to happen a lot with Westcoast heads, domes were presumably loose.
