Stand up mount on a pontoon!

I am fixing to build some way to haul a FX pro on my tri toon. Does anyone have any cool ideas on this set up. I am planning on making it removable when not needed. I am also going to use aluminum as the frame.
I built the tri toon so I feel confident in my abilities

I would build something like this , that is the only pic I could find, you can't tell from the pic but it's on a hinge and the c channel part has rollers, so it extends out and breaks over, then as you winch it back on it comes back down to level.
