Standup on a hand truck?

Anyone ever put a stand-up on a hand truck (custom made or not)

I plan to make a ramp setup off my bulkhead into the bay, I have the plans basically figured out

My problem is, of course, I can't get my ski into my backyard, basically I would need a cart that puts the bottom of the ski 4ft high, which I'm not doing, to clear a railing(I can't make the turn out of my garage to backyard)

I was thinking about a hand truck custom made to be able to wheel it around back, not sure how heavy it's going to be trying to lift up but I was going to use the industrial type that have the back wheels

I have a coke machine at my marina and the guy comes by himself to move it, it has to weigh an easy 450-500lbs (takes me and 4 other guys to get the machine on a flat cart to move it off the dock)
This guy comes alone with a hand truck(now I know how to move it lol)

l once modified several to store hulls vertically. There was simple arrangement of carpeted timber for the 'ski's to rest on. I removed the engines and was glad I did - when I was transitioning from vertical to level I could feel the weight getting away from me.

You probably have no plans to go fully vertical. I think going for an industrial trolley is definitely the way to go. You will probably have to extend the handle set up so that it is flush with the rear of the 'ski to give adequate control.

You might have to sort out a strapping system to retstrain the 'ski. You'll also want to consider chocks for the wheels.

It was a pain to get on but I can work around that, the hard part was standing it up, by myself I wouldn't be able to and then lower it back down.

I have another idea I might try by making a shop cart that can pivot easily on back wheels, same as the hand truck I have but not as severe of an angle

I wanted to convert an electric 2 wheel dolly to a beach cart, found on 50 miles away for $250 but never made the time to go get it, wishing I had now of course.

My first dolly was an $80 handtruck. Coined the dildo-dolly by another Florida Freerider :D
