I think it needs a single ski up front and to lose that shock on the handpole.

If I still lived where the snow is, I'd have already called in sick and be out in my garage stripping my sled already...and I just saw that video 30 minutes ago, lol.

I think if you used an older sled with a more narrow ski width coupled with the upright position and tall bar height you could lean it over just fine.
 
Definitely looks like more fun than the John Deere snowmobile I used to ride. I'm guessing the guy riding has stand up ski experience since he switches feet for corners.

*edit* For anyone interested, when you're boondocking (or riding powder) on a snowmachine you are riding on one ski. Say you want to make a left turn. You throw yourself left while turning the skis right and you ride one one ski. had a hard time finding a pic cause its such a small turn but here shows it
