650/X-2 Steering Locked Up

I had a steering cable break on my super chicken last year. Replaced it with a jet maniac new one, everything was good to go on the trailer. Finally just got around to launching it and the steering wheel immediately locked up to the right. It has a few degrees of play to the far right, but won’t move left. Wtf is happening do think? Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Usually if the steering moves one way and not the other the cable is broken inside , the cable will still push but it won't pull.

Take the cable loose on the top to see if it’s the steering stem or the cable. If it not at the top end do the same thing on the steering nozzle to figure out which end is sticking. Could just be that the cable wasn’t centered and the nozzle got jammed to one side.
