Can't recall what stock was on a GP12 steering nozzle but I believe they were in the 91.5~91.7mm range.

Ya gp1200 is 92. Which works on my dvx. But need something smaller for the fv1 like a 90 so I wasn't sure what size the xl1200 was

Sounds about right. 91.7mm ID factors in the thickness of powder coating at around 0.15mm.

OE nozzle sizes on the Blaster II, GP7 and GP8 are all the same so I'm not sure of a factory Yamaha nozzle that would work. You might find something from a Kawi or Sea-Doo that fits the bill.

You might try calling Hot Products. They have a ton of odd data like that.

Ideally you want your steering nozzle around 3mm larger than your reduction nozzle. 2mm can work depending on your setup but anything smaller and water tends to try and revert through the front, especially with extended steering nozzles. There's a point at which the system starts choking itself off.
