I have a friend who let his 3 or 4 (forget) year old, tattoo a heart she drew on his arm in a 3" diameter near his elbow where he need to be filled anyways. its his favorite tattoo

first off. what is that? is it full on carbon? if so why put anything on it? if you have to...put some of your kids drawings on it like IN2-H2O said!

It is a SJ Fixed steer conversion and a sweet one at that. Personally, I like the clean blacked out look myself. Chuck some Reg numbers on there if you absolutely have to and you are done.
