Stock blaster running issues

Ok, I just got a 1993 blaster thats all stock. motor and carb have never neen apart. It's been sitting for 4 years till I got it, it was put away with out anything being done to it. So i removed the fuel tank and cleaned it. Took the carb apart and checked it and cleaned it. put fresh fuel and filters in it and it started right up, runs and idles good.
I took it to the lake rode it around, it seems too work good till i fell off and it tipped on its side after that it ran bad. It would bogg at WOT like is is missing or running on one cylinder. I took it home put new plugs in it, checked spark -good, checked compression-140 psi both sides. took it out th next day it ran good till it went on it's side again, took it home and took the carb apart. I found a rubber gasket pinched and it put a little tear in one of the diaphragms. So i got a carb kit and replaced everything but the needle and seat.
I did notice on the needle it has a ring wore around it.

I had it out today after the carb was redone and it worked good untill i fell off again. I was adjusting the jetting at the dock and when i would load it up against the dock it would cut out/bogg and load up like too much fuel or something? The plugs also look dark, but not wet, so it's rich.

Would the needle and seat be causing my problems?
Other that that I would have to guess at spark?

i hope you used a mikuni carb rebuilt kit and not a wonderrosa aftermarket kit, if its a canadian model they come with restrictors in the boots that fail sometimes try new spark plug boots and cut back spark plug wire , you can use a ngk screw type , some canadian tire carry them or any local marinia has them

not good, they are poor quaility , i only use mikuni kits more money but they are great the wonderrosa check valves fail and other things dont fit right, change boots frist and if you still have a problem oder a mikuni kit sbt in floridia has a good price or winners cirlcle in toronto has them,

our 1993 canadian model blaster had bad boots when we bought it
rebuilt carb with mikuni carb kit

both items solved all problems and has been working great for 4 years and a lot of hours salt and fresh water, good luck keep us posted

I wouldn't bother with the new kit. If you have the same issues before and after you put those parts on they are very likely not related. You said above you were adjusting the jetting. If this is an all stock engine, put it to all stock specs (needle/seat, spring, pilot, main, hss, lss) and move on.

I would guess two things here. Either you are getting water in the fuel when you bail or this is an electrical issue. Maybe water in the ebox or behind the front cover and when she tips over that water soaks the components inside. It isn't too much work to crack those both open and make sure everything is dry and looking correct inside...

Ok I put on new boots and played with the carbs from stock settings to get it so it would not bog. Set at stock specs it ran bad, boged and cut out. I got it so it has good bottom end and it just lacks top rpm/speed. I found that if I pull the choke out half way it runs amazing and takes off like a rocket!! I tryed adjusting the high speed richer but it didn't do anything? Someone told me it could be a cracked reed or something? I'm gunna check them today.
