Stock head B pipe question

Is it better to run the cooling line for a stock head B pipe to the top of the head pipe or the bottom?

Good rule of thumb most liquid cooled things always fill from the bottom up. Keeps it full with no air.

So the better way to run it is to run the head to the bottom of the head pipe, then the top of the head pipe out to the stinger and T
