Stock superjet need impeller :)

Hi!

I am a newb, I just bought a new 05 superjet 2 months ago. Everything is stock. I just installed some Hydroturf mats. Now for the next step I think I will install a new impeller. What brand? wich model? wich pitch? and where can I get it for cheap ? I am located in Clearwater FL, and I would like to jump some waves :biggrin:

I will appreciate any advice !

They can cut it back to 13/16.

The first number is the leading edge pitch. This indicates the amount of water being scooped into the pump. A lower number means a bigger scoop, which means more water goes into the pump. The second number is the trailing edge. This is the edge that accelerates the water, a higher number means more top end. (if your motor can pull it)

The "spread" is the difference between the 2 numbers. The bigger the difference between the numbers, the greater the amount of water that gets processed thru the pump. The bigger the spread (or window) however, the more torque you need to be making to pull the prop through this greater volume of water.

repitch is the term for changing the pitch.

cutback refers to milling the mounting surface so it sits further back in the pump.

not cheap, but there is nothing better.

I run a repitched concord cutback, 12/15 in my 650 powered superjet.
