I would assume a Wave blaster as it's in the Wave blaster section!:moon:

I put a FP waterbox in my BLASTER last year and with the rest of the mods I have it it made a difference in throttle response as well as acceleration. Also it is lighter and the sound is kick a$$!

i never really noticed a difference with the stock vs aftermarket box other than sound. but both my skis went from stock to mod...i'll put my stock box in my ski to see if there is a noticeable power difference

Same here.

The most common reason I have heard the stockers are replaced is due to the xplod from a backfire issue.

From all I have been able to find out, stock vs mod makes very little difference on HP, and are mostly just a matter of sound differences.

We ran the Factory Pipe with the After Market waterbox all season in 93-94 and then getting ready for the World Finals after a bunch of testing dropped the stock waterbox in and I could tell just by the sound of the craft we were on to something!!! 53+ MPH Blaster in 1993-1994? But the backfire does destroy the box!!!

I put a 701 Raider box in mine. I relocated it under the battery box on the right side.

nice relocation...i have one out of a wave venture that looks the same...mihgt have to get one of the local blaster riders to try it!

It is a definite improvement over the stock box. I have to admit that I was impressed with the results. There was a good added low end punch that continued through the mid range. I did not notice much with the top end, but who cares anyway. The pipe seems much happier with this set up. Can't explain why, but I'm happy!!
