Custom/Hybrid Stunt Hull Exhaust Woes

Im trying to figure out the best solution for this exhaust. one solution could be to get a small kart tank and relocate my battery to the center between the engine and tank, but thats also a lot of work and could probably end up being more expensive than making an exhaust for this. I like my big tank, and the inserts are already there for straps. I have the "waterbox" as far up as it can go, so theres going to have to be an elevation change to get the exhaust over the battery (not sure if that will create problems). I cant just get a superjet long exhaust tube because of this, the tube will just fold and kink if you bend it. Im going to have to go with some silicone couplers I think.
Then in the rear of the ski, the kawi x2 outlet i used doesnt come to a straight 180 degrees. It also is a smaller diameter than the rest of my piping. Waterbox outlet and everything else is 2" and the kawi outlet is like 1 7\8" so I will for sure have to use a silicone reducer there to get proper sealage

I can trim this 90* hose so its not up against the hull

Brock, one thing you can do is go down to advance auto and see if they will let you go thru their stock of radiator hose in the size you need,ln years past this has worked for me.Just look at the hoses (use imagination!) and see if you can picture the angles that you need and cut off what you don't.Cheapest, quickest route you can take.

or go to your nearest friend with an AC TIG welder , cut and re-weld the tube. much more reliable than couplers. be sure to bring a case of beer.

Get a battery that's not as tall...Deka EXT 9 will work perfect. It won't be as tall as what you have and it weighs less. $69 shipped from bohannon battery. I've run one for two years and no issues. Sealed AGM battery.

or try one of these. I bought one of these as a backup and it's worked flawless for about 2 months and it's 1/2 the price:

I bought mine from the last seller listed above. Showed up NIB.

Or, do what Sanoman said. Head over to Advance or AutoZone and see if they'll let you get back there and look at their hoses. I had to do that a few months back for a new hose on my boat. It took me about 10 minutes to look through all the hoses and find the bends I needed in a particular hose. The whole thing was longer than I needed so I just cut out the curves I needed and scrapped the rest. Maybe cost me $20 and 30" time.
