Super Jet Suggestions for 3400 elevation

I have a 1999 701 Superjet which has dual Mikuni sbn 38's, ADA Head, Factory Mod Pipe, Ocean Pro Vortex Filters. My Elevation in Billings Montana is 3400' and I need suggestions on where to start for springs and jets. I never changed anything when I put the mod pipe on and it ran perfect untill i put on the ada head now i have to tune but should probley change jets and springs while i'm at it....

I'd just go by feel on the carbs. Not sure if there is an exact formula for elevation. I would also worry about what size domes you have in your head and what prop you have. I know those are things you should change if you are in higher elevation.
