650/X-2 Sunk the stand up

Went riding this weekend and the stand up was riding good untill she took on some water and it got into the motor took the plugs out and tried starting it water cam out then put gas and carb cleaner in the carb and she fires up but won't start with out it

Did you Drain the Gas tank? And did you pull the engine cover and make sure it was not full of water?

Nah didn't drain the gas and the hull has no water in it

Probably still has water in the engine keeping it from lighting up. Crank it some with one plug out, then the other plug. Then spray carb cleaner on the plugs to help dry the moisture off of them. Spray some carb cleaner and wd40 down each cylinder, install plugs, then pull choke and fire it off. Sometimes you have to do that a couple of times to get the remaining moisture burnt out.
