what is the difference between a e box in a superjet 61x and a wave raider 62t i have a 62t wave raider motor with the ebox and i herd the e box are different?

The ebox itself? Only thing I can think of is how its mounted to the hull might be different.

That's the only difference I am aware of as well. The Superjets use brackets and the waverunners bolt thru the bulkhead, directly into the back of the ebox. The bosses are there on all ebox backs but some might need to be tapped.

Stator wire length is different on certain models. That is about it other than the brackets.

I was only thinking about the box itself. The wire length is different but they are all there and use able for the Superjet. Might be a couple extra wires but they can be disconnected and trimmed back/out.
The CDI will most likely be different as well.

I would use the 62t ebox. With 62t cases and 61x cylinder.

the start stop harness is shorter on a SJ also, the sitdowns used a longer harness but usually the same plugs, but maybe some extra wires. You hcan buy the SJ harness and install it or just zip tie up the extra wires
The ebox shell front and rear is the same.
The 62t CDI is different than the 61x CDI. CDI best to match to whichever stator you use.
The coil, voltage regulator, and solenoid are all the same.
The battery cable to starter is the same, but the cable to battery is too short and will need to be changed.
The start/stop harness is way too long. The 2 s/s connectors are the same but there is an extra plug for couch gauges that can be removed.
