Super Jet Super jet motor swap

Hey, I want to put a 701 motor in my 91 SN. I have a 1995 VXR Pro and wanted to switch the motors i was wondering if anyone new if everything will fit properly (CDI........etc) in my SN.

should work just fine. The VXR e-box even has the same mounting brackets as an sj

The wires for the stator/plugs are probably going to be way too long so you'll have to shorten them or just swap the plug wires. This happened to me on my swap.

so do you think i would have problems putting the 650 motor from the SN back into the VXR

nope it should swap out as well. stator wire lenth may be your only issue.

I put my 650 engine back in a waverunner and had to lengthen the stator wires.

Why not just swap the stators between engines and not deal with the issues related to lengthening the stator wires.

650 timing and rev limiter sucks.

Its been said the timing is the same between all CDI's, the rev needs to be modified anyway
