Superjet bog

Got the new exhaust manifold gasket in and no leaks anymore. Finally got time to take the ski out and ride it today and it ran good for about an hour. I was in the process of tuning it and it was getting alot better, almost to where I thought it should be. Then the bog sets back in. It did bog a couple of times during the first hour but I could always clear it back out back to normal, I just figured it was water splashing. Also, I was trying some setup wakes and everytime I would turn to the left it would bog coming out of the 180* turn. If I turned right it wouldn't bog. After the first hour the bog set in and I couldn't get it to clear out for anything. Even on the trailer and out of the water it would still bog. Of course when I get the thing home, runs good again. I am about out of ideas. Thing ran perfect and never missed a lick when it was stock and then I had to go and put the pipe (speedwerx) on it and rejetted it. I am almost ready to go back to stock. Any ideas? Any help would be great.

Oh yea, and its not simply running hot. I have no heat sensor in the head and it doesn't get that hot anyway. When I first brought it into the trailer it was hot enought where you could touch the cylinder head or the cylinder but you couldn't hold your hand there. I think the dual cooling is doing its job.

have you checked the whole exhaust really good and make sure there are no leaks anywhere and nowhere the exhaust is kinked shut or anything? If that is all good try raising your pop off pressure and try that.
