superjet bow stop

New trailer and unsure how to secure SJ at the bow. On old trailer I used the Stoltz bow stop but this looks to have a short vertical post and I am not sure one of those would work. Thought about getting a winch strap with the smaller strap at the end, loop it thru the hole on the SJ and connect to hook.

Any ideas?

I would figure out a way to get the stoltz bow stop on there but that's just me. Have a friend weld an extension on there or something. I don't trust two straps securing a ski since I've had one come loose. If it weren't for my bow stop I would have lost my ski. Either run 3 straps across the ski or do a rigid bow stop with one strap on the back.

Anyone know how tall the post would need to be to use a Stoltz bow stop? U think it would be safe to use the small strap at the end of this to loop and connect to the hook?

Strip the winch and that roller/snubbing device off. Secure a length of 2 inch/50mm square section tubing onto the existing winch post with 'U' bolts and then secure the Stoltz bow stop on to that in the usual fashion.
