superjet hood problem

hello i was wondering if anyone had bought this hood from ebay. I bought one and it didnt fit so i called the guy and he said if i send mine back he will send me a new one or fix it. He said that if i shipped it there he will ship it back so 2 months passed didint hear from him till a few weeks ago. so we got into a argument bc he didnt want to pay so i was like what ever and he was being a dick about it and said he would send it COD where it was the most expensive. Now still no hood and he wont answer my calls for the past few days. has this happened to anyone if so does anyone know what to do?

That guy is known for making crap parts. My buddy bought one of those hoods and it's a total pos.

He is more famous over on Pwc today for his gen2 x2 hull.

I know he's also on the forums but I can't remember his username.

I tried getting a hold of the guy. But no response. I filled a claim through ebay. They paid for the return shipping. I was like great this guy is gonna say its not the way he sent it. But no the day he recieved it was refunded that day. Good luck I've never had any problem filling a claim through pay pal. As long as you'd dont send money as a gift
