Superjet not starting after melting exhaust hose

About 2 months ago was the last time my ski started and that was when the exhaust hose melted. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but I can’t get it to start now. I used to put a little bit of gas down the spark plug holes on weed eaters that I fixed to get them to fire for a second but I did not care if I messed them up so I was not sure if I can do the same thing with this. Any suggestions?

If the Exhaust Hose melted, the Pistons probably melted too...

Do a Compression check and report back.

You need to figure out why the Engine ran so hot in the first place.

The guy before me used a autozone coupler that was not heat rated and the b pipe is a 2.5 inch and the waterbox is a 2 inch and he clamped the hose onto cut parts of the hose. It was all rigged
