Looks like a tilt- down nozzle set up for racing. I don't know who made the steering nozzle. I bought a complete trim system from Wamilton (made by thrustinnovation.com) that had a steering nozzle like that. His latst pictures show a different nozzle however. You might ask Brian Vergin at Thrust.
