I know this sounds ridiculous, but it is great fun!
After a few seasons of doing this, we finally have a goal and ball system that works well!
It is fun to see all the boats and couches stop and watch with jaws dropped ;-)

I'm waiting to see some defense and at least 2 on 2 here. Maybe some slide tackling here, got to make it legit boys lol. This reminds me on the ATV game that used to play hockey. Except in video games crashes never hurt.

This is awesome with the goals! It’s so much fun to do this! I never knew anyone else did this kind of thing. I’ll see if I can pull up a video on my YouTube of me playing soccer with an exercise ball like this. It really helps with learning timing, etc.
Have you been able to pop it up and keep “dribbling” it? I’ve even head butted it before, but that’s kinda heavy on the neck and wouldn’t really recommend it

Haha. Need some other crazies to join up and we can go full out. I think 50/50 balls may be an issue, but otherwise a legit game would be fun!

Yah the exercise balls don’t last. Too light as well (although better for head balls). We had a legit jumbo FIFA soccer ball which was great, but it split beyond repair. It was perfect for dribbling. It think we got up to 8 hits dribbling with it. The latest version is 3 yoga balls (1 as a bladder, 2 as skin), shrink wrap, carpet roll (like heavier shrink wrap) all covered with gorilla tape. Indestructible, although kind of heavy. The other nut, Brad has been perfecting the goal and ball concepts for years now.

hmmm....will have to look into that. Sure would beat having to construct another multi-layer ball.

Yeah! Our home field is Chautauqua Lake. I could see games on Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, Finger Lakes, and whatever you have downstate! Get your team and bring it on! No couches though... they eat balls and goals.

Futball! Actually kicking the ball with your foot is quite tricky. With a light exercise ball it is possible, although super easy to wipe out. With a heavier ball it is not much fun.
Maybe we need to call it noseball

Alright! My partner in crime on this has all the specs on the goal, and we will come up with some fun rules. Will get this to you. We found building a goal quite tricky going through numerous failed attempts. Brad ended up purchasing the one we have from Asia somewhere. Maybe you can have better luck.
We meet up in Chautauqua Lake. That is where the equipment is. I come from Rochester, NY and Brad comes from Maryland. Not sure where you and your team might be coming from. We will have to pick a spot for the first match.
