Superjet Stock Grip's Ripping My Hands Apart!

Well, i was out riding today with Boris and he was teaching me how to do sub's and hood riding and other junk. But after a few hours my caliscs(sp?) on my hands ripped off, and it rips off about 3 layers of skin. I wear gloves but just wondering if I go with different bars/ grips will this help my cause?

The Odi rogues are the way to go, or their newer X design, supposedly made for watercraft and the rubber grips more when it gets wet.
I use the Rogue locks and my hands get red after a few hours but thats it, and I dont wear gloves

Rogue:Thick and Comfy
Ruffians:thinner, wear out easier
Xtemes: Look cool, in-between the other 2 in size. These'll be the next ones I buy.

Don't buy the cheap styrofoam crap, buy the ODI grips.
I have the Rogues and like them a lot.
