superjet to B1

I just picked up a B1. I plan to put my Sj back to stock with the B1 motor to sell it. I have a lot invested in my SJ including a brand new B-pipe, freshly rebuilt motor, etc I want to put in the B1.

I plan to swap everything, so where will this be an issue? I know the midshaft is a different length. Will this have to be pressed or can I do it myself? (I have a brand new WSM housing). I want to run my motor as is, so how do I connect my B-mod to a TDR waterbox. My pump is also in excellent condition and tapped for dual cooling, are the drive shafts the same or do I need to swap something?

It's a stock B1, just has a TDR waterbox, ride plate, etc. My Superjet has almost everything available, and mechanically everything is new or like new.

Thanks.

Note, I want to keep my superjet chamber, as I might build a surf hull (standup) that I can swap my motor into for Daytona, etc, or get a Rhass kit and occasionally run it in a X2. I may end up with 2 or 3 hulls, and one motor to maintain.

Mid shaft is pressed in, but is an easy job with a press. Driveshafts are different lengths and will need to be swapped if you want to keep your SJ stator section. This will require a spline tool to remove your impeller. Overall not a very difficult conversion.

What about connecting the B-mod to the waterbox? Is there a specific hose I can buy or do I need to make something?

You'll need to make something...never seen a sj chamber mounted in a blaster before but anythig is possible I guess...I know it's more $$ but maybe worh finding a blaster mod chamber and having both...or run a blaster mod chamber clearanced to fit in a sj and it will swap back and fourth

I have a chamber for you! I recently modded my blaster and put the waterbox in the rear so i bought a different chamber. If you are running the wb in the stock location lets make a deal.

Or just swap the chamber for a B1 mod, works in both. Oem exhaust hose for the superjet to connect to the waterbox.

So your saying a Factory B1 mod chamber fits in both a superjet and a blaster1? What year SJ ,if it matters?
I have a complete Pro-tec Pipe for my WB1 ..I was going to try to put in my SN SJ.. Will a Pro-tec exhaust mani and mid pipe ,join to a factory mod chamber?

Does a Factory B pipe ,Mod chamber ,fits in Superjet and Blaster1 ?

Technically, yes, they make mod chambers for both skis, however they are different. Blaster Mod chamber come around the front of the ski, like the TNT, SJ Mod chamber goes straight forward. The issue with installing SJ mod chamber into a B1 would be tank clearance, however you could always throw the SJ tank and waterbox into the B1 and it would work fine with a few modifications to the mounting points for the internals.

For @Vumad , he should just buy a Blaster mod chamber and mounting hardware, then pretty much everything else will fit, save the SJ drive shaft and the pig tails for the S/S switch (I believe one ski connects up by the front of the engine bay, the other connects by the electrical box). The SJ battery cable will be a bit long, but you can stuff it down in the rear of the hull and noone will know it.
