Where can this Come from, and how do i Start to search?
Its only in this rpm. Over this, it Runs normal without vibrations

I just did the shims like before.
2 under 3 MountS and 1 under the Last One.

I just Check them, but i think they Must be ok.
When i come over this rpm, it Runs ok.

It's such an annoying rattle I have checked my mounts none seem broke checked my alignment all seems good! Mine sounds like its coming from the front of the engine, but it's hard to narrow down can u get any idea where yours is comin from??

Do you have the spring in the cover holding the bendix back??

Yeh mines defiantly in I originally thought it may be the bendix in the bushes so took them out replaced them and refitted and still the same!!

Looks like your pipe is rattling against the mount bracket. Looks like the bolts are missing.

Checked all your hose clamps make sure they aren't rubbing?

Sound is metal on metal so something to do with pipe is my guess.

I originally though it was the exhaust rattling against the mount soo I took the bolts out and moved it right out of the way just before I filed it but its not that! That a why there's no bolts just whilst I was looking. Yep checked all hoses nothing rubbing that I can see.
yes I think it's metal on metal but I have had my pipe completely clear of everything and still can't see it!

Dont find the Problem exactly but...
I just Take everything Out and reinstall everything.
I found some Problems

Kart Tank was rubbing in the hull. Some turf fixed the Problem.
Pfp waterbox was rubbing on One Spot.
Turfed and put some undermat behind.
And i put the pfp a Little Bit out of the outlet. Maybe it was Metall on Metall inside the hose

Take 3 shims Out

Vibritions are gone

Where did you take the shims it from?

I had 2 shims under 3 MountS, and 1 under 1 Mount. I just Look in coupler and saw that the Engine is a Little Bit High. I put Out 3 shims, Look on coupler an it was Way better.
