just ordered another impellor shaft for my sxr on ebay.....the one i receved dont look like my old one at the square end,i ordered it by ebay,,,the say sxr 800 shaft but if i look on ebay they seem to have 3 differant kind of shaft the square at the end dont look the same on the 3 of them.....does the square end change something?????? im confused

As long as the threads and the length are right you should be ok , the square or rounded end is there so you can hold that shaft to remove/install your impeller

the jackass that listed it probably said it fits sxr, when it actually doesnt. i asked a seller about a shaft he had advertised for SXR and told him it wouldnt work. he said it would work for a conversion motor swap. wouldnt surprise me if it was the same seller. always ask the seller specific questions if you are unsure about an item. if you dont ask, its your own fault. an sxr shaft is 27" total length. no other shaft is that length. if its not 27, its the wrong one.

oh, that shaft............... all kawi prop shafts are the same in 550sx ,650, 750, sxr
